2. Description of Services

Applionistra offers three categories: live sessions and tutoring services powered by AI tools; information products such as ebooks and video courses; and physical goods including hardware tools and branded items.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Fees and Charges

Use of certain features and purchases require payment of fees in Canadian dollars. All fees are nonnegotiable. You agree to pay all applicable fees at the time of purchase.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Cancellations requested at least 7 days before a scheduled live session are eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. You may also request to transfer your session to another date or person at no extra charge. Sessions canceled fewer than 7 days in advance are not eligible for a refund due to resource commitments.

5.2 Information Products

Digital products are eligible for a refund if requested within 14 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20 percent of the content has been accessed. To request a refund, please contact our support team. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be shipped back within 30 days of receipt in the original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

6. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
